Norwegian Lefse 

Norwegian Recipe Ingredients:

10 pounds potatoes, stripped
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup weighty cream
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 1/2 cups universally handy flour

Norwegian Recipe Instructions

 Cover potatoes with water and cook until delicate. Run hot potatoes through a potato ricer. Place into an enormous bowl. Beat margarine, cream, salt, and sugar into the hot riced potatoes. Let cool to room temperature. Mix flour into the potato combination. Pull off bits of the mixture and structure into pecan size balls.
